5. How can I make a dining reservation?
Not all of our dining venues accept reservations. Please visit Final Cut Steakhouse or Mountainview Dining and select the options for the restaurant you are looking for.
6. Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards can be purchased in multiple denominations at Hollywood & Grind, our coffee shop. At this time, they are not available to purchase online or over the telephone. The gift cards can be used at all of our dining venues. Gift cards cannot be used for gaming.
7. Do you offer wheelchairs for handicapped guests?
Non-motorized wheelchairs can be borrowed at no cost at the coat check counter toward the left of the main valet entrance. Any security guard posted at each entrance can also assist you with your request.

You can obtain your win/loss form online via our mychoice® Player Profile. To access Player Profile, you must have an email address and your mychoice card number. The login link for Player Profile can be found at the top of every page. If you do not have these available, simply visit Player Services to obtain your win/loss statement.
9. How can I obtain my W2G for jackpot / tax purposes?
When you qualified to receive a W2G, it would have been issued to you by a slots or table game team member. If you have misplaced this form, you will need to stop by our Cashier Cage with proper identification for a new one to be printed out.
10. Are cameras allowed to be used on property?
We ask that no photographs be taken inside the property for security and privacy reasons.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to be on the casino floor. Guests 18 years of age or younger are welcome in the racing operations area, if they are accompanied by an adult. The racing level is accessed through Level D and also includes Skybox and Mountainview Dining.
